SBK Telecom, a sustained growth in VoIP

To cope with the ever growing market demand for its managed VoIP and network management services, SBK Telecom evolves.

The company has in fact set up a new team dedicated to the services delivery. In addition, SBK support team (HelpDesk) grows and turns into a service center (Service Desk).

“ Our goal is to better meet the specific business needs of our customers. This new team, coupled with the service center allows us to take the time to understand their needs and to further increase the quality of the delivered products.” Says Daniel Fortin VP Operation & Evolution. “We are leaders in the market and all these innovations strengthen our position.” He adds.

To lead this team, SBK needed a manager with great knowledge in service centers, technical support and service delivery.

With a wealth of experience, Michel Lecompte, Director of Operations at SBK Telecom, is the leader of the service center team, the "Service Desk". Michel’ approach is based on ITIL v3 to implement good practices in the management services for SBK Telecom customers.
